Handle customer complaints, unique situations, and ad hoc responsibilities.

Requirements:

Hold a Bachelor’s degree or higher.

Possess a minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, with a strong preference for backgrounds in finance or e-commerce.

Demonstrate high levels of honesty, integrity, proactiveness, and attention to detail.

Display a strong sense of accountability, teamwork, and the ability to thrive under pressure.

Exhibit excellent communication skills, a commitment to exceeding expectations, and a passion for the customer service field.

Have personal or professional exposure to cryptocurrency.
