Role Overview:

As the Co-Founder & CTO, you will be the driving force behind our technological advancements. You will lead the development and implementation of our product roadmap, leveraging your expertise to create scalable, secure, and user-centric solutions. Collaborating with the founding team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our company culture and strategy.

Responsibilities:

Define the technical vision and long-term roadmap for our platform.
Lead and manage a team of talented developers and engineers.
Oversee the development and deployment of software solutions.
Ensure the security, scalability, and performance of our technology infrastructure.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a CTO, Technical Co-Founder, or similar leadership role in a startup or technology-driven company.
Strong expertise in web & app development, with exposure to latest / trending technologies .
Track record of successfully leading and scaling tech teams.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for disruptive innovation.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
