Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Corporate Services Manager specializing in Company Formation & Sales at Kanoony in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Corporate Services Manager will be responsible for managing company formation processes, sales strategies, and client relationships. They will oversee the development and implementation of corporate solutions, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and providing expert guidance to clients.

Main Responsibilities

·Manage the process of company formations, including the incorporation of local and international entities, drafting legal documents, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

·Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new clients and expand the company’s footprint in the corporate services market, focusing on company formation services.

·Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, generating leads and converting them into clients through effective sales pitches and relationship-building.

·Serve a as contact for clients, providing expert advice on corporate structures, formation processes, and jurisdictional requirements.

·Ensure that all corporate formations comply with local, regional, and international regulations, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in relevant laws.

·Oversee the preparation and filing of necessary documentation, including Articles of Incorporation, Memoranda of Association, and other legal agreements.

·Set and achieve sales targets for company formation services, regularly reporting on performance and adjusting strategies as needed.

·Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded throughout the formation process. Work to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services.

·Identify opportunities to streamline and improve company formation and sales processes, enhancing efficiency, client satisfaction, and revenue generation.

·Work closely with other departments, such as legal, finance, compliance, and marketing, to ensure a smooth and coordinated approach to company formations and sales activities.

·Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for company formations in various jurisdictions and inform sales strategies, staying ahead of industry trends.

·Prepare regular reports on formation activities, sales performance, client feedback, and team performance for senior management.

Skills and Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in business or other related fields

· Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate services, with a focus on company formations and incorporations, and at least 3 years in sales or business development in CS in the UAE

· Strong knowledge of corporate law and company formation regulations.

·Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

·Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

·Ability to manage multiple projects and sales opportunities simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

·Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, and corporate services software.

·Leadership and team management skills.
