Job Title: Company Driver

Job Summary:

We are looking for a professional company driver for our CEO and selected key employees of the company.

A qualified driver is someone who ensures safe and timely transportation while adhering to traffic laws and company policies.

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate company cars to transport an item, document, employees, or clients.
• Plan and follow efficient routes to reach destinations in a timely manner, considering traffic conditions and any specific delivery or pickup instructions.
• Perform regular vehicle maintenance checks, including oil changes, or report maintenance needs promptly to ensure vehicle reliability.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations, and maintain a high level of vigilance while driving to prevent accidents. Ensure passengers are properly seated and secured.
• Maintain accurate records of mileage, trip logs, parking and fuel receipts, submit these records as required by the company.
• Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients or passengers, including assisting with loading and unloading cargo when necessary.
• Communicate effectively with the team members and managers to coordinate transportation activities and address any issues or delays.
• Ensure the security of company vehicles and cargo during transportation, including locking vehicles when not in use and reporting any suspicious activity.
• Stay updated on and comply with all regulations related to driving and transportation.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license for the type of vehicle(s) to be operated.
• A clean driving record with no major accidents or traffic violations.
• At Least 2 years driving experience in Dubai.
• Ability to lift and carry moderate loads, as well as sit for extended periods while driving.
• Strong commitment to safety and a good understanding of safe driving practices.
• Good communication skills for interacting with passengers, clients, and colleagues.
• Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic. Ability to prioritize, work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and the ability to perform minor repairs or inspections.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and adapt to changing schedules or routes. Willing to work overtime, evening, weekends and holiday periods.
• Positive and professional demeanor when dealing with clients or passengers.
• Familiarity with most of the roads and routes in UAE.
• Preferably have your own visa and can join immediately.
• Willing to relocate or living around Dubai Silicon Oasis.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 – AED3,500.00 per month
