Superior Healthcare is seeking support workers and care assistants to join an existing team to help support our wonderful client in the Sevenoaks area.

Are you a support worker with experience supporting people who require complex care?

Are you committed to making a difference to someone’s life?

Our client is a male in his late 20s who lives at home with his parents, he leads an active lifestyle from day trips to London for medical appointments to sailing to baking cakes at home, he really enjoys sensory activities as he is registered blind and clear verbal communication is essential for this role.

Due to our client being nonverbal, you must be intuitive to his needs at all times along with being a proactive thinker, positive attitude, self-motivated individual and able to come up with new ideas and plan activities for the client at times when there isn’t a set programme.

Clients clinical needs:

• (PEG) Enteral Feeding
• Gastrostomy Medication
• Medication
• Oral Suction
• Moving and handling
• Personal care

Criteria for the Support Worker Position:

• Full UK driving license with access to your own vehicle and comfortable driving a VW transporter vehicle locally and up to central London locations
• Flexibility of working 12 hours shifts, both days and nights
• 6 months UK care experience at a minimum in a professional paid care setting
• This position requires a lot of moving and handling with and without hoists
