We are looking for values driven people to join Be Caring as a **Community Care Worker** providing high quality, person-centred care. We are looking for full and part-time values driven individuals to join our team within the Kingston-upon-Hull area.
1. **Saint Andrew’s and Docklands (HU2 & HU3)**
2. **Newington, Gipsyville and Pickering (HU4)**
3. **The Avenues, Boothferry and Derringham (HU5)**
4. **Drypool, Ings, Marfleet and Southcoats (HU8 & HU9)**
5. **Longhill and Bilton (HU11)**

# **Pay: £21,320 (40hrs per week)**

• *Standard Pay: £9.75p/hr for walkers**
• *Enhanced Pay: £10.25p/hr for drivers**
– **Mileage: 40p per mile**

**Working Hours**

Join our team of **Community Care Worker**. We offer full and part-time hours, available on a shift pattern, which includes evenings and weekends.
– Morning shift: 7:00am – 2:00pm
– Evening shift: 3:30pm – 11:00pm
– Full days 7:00am – 11:00pm (2 hour break included)

**The Role**

You will support customers and their families to achieve personal outcomes that promote greater independence, use reablement approaches and support access to community services. **As a Community Care Worker** you will:
– Provide personal care that protect people’s dignity.
– Promote independence using enabling and reenabling approaches.
– Connect people to their local support and services
– Support people to meet their outcomes, involving families and professionals.
– Deliver personalised care through individual choice and control.
– Be a strong and effective communicator, documenting, reporting and sharing information with the right people at the right time.

_***New starter bonus & Refer a Friend Payment Scheme split into 2 payments at 3 months and 6 months; based on average hours worked.**_

– _**£300** for 30+ average weekly hours (£150 per payment)_
– _**£200** for 20-29 average weekly hours (£100 per payment)_
– _**£100** for 10-19 average weekly hours (£50 per payment)_
