Role Description

This licensed Commercial Real Estate Broker role is based in the greater Montreal region with flexibility for remote work. The Broker supports the lease or sale negotiations for commercial transactions as a broker representing tenants/landlords (for leasing) or buyers/sellers (for sales) of commercial properties.

Qualifications

• OACIQ commercial license
• Leasing or Capital Market Brokerage skills
• Experience in Commercial Real Estate and Tenant Representation
• Sales expertise
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Knowledge of real estate laws and regulations
• Knowledge of the markets that you intend to serve.
• Capacity to understand financial elements in commercial transactions
