### Job Description

As a Client Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure their needs are met and expectations exceeded.

### Responsibilities

– **Customer Support:** Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and professionalism in all communications.

– **Issue Resolution:** Troubleshoot and resolve client issues efficiently by gathering relevant information, researching solutions, and implementing actions to eliminate obstacles.

– **Product Knowledge:** Develop a comprehensive understanding of ConAgra Foods’ products and services to offer informed advice and support to clients.

– **Client Relationship Management:** Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their unique needs and providing tailored recommendations and support.

– **Documentation and Reporting:** Maintain accurate records of client interactions, issues, and resolutions in the customer relationship management (CRM) system to ensure continuity and transparency.

– **Collaboration:** Work closely with internal departments (such as sales, marketing, and product teams) to relay client feedback and ensure that client concerns are addressed promptly.

– **Process Improvement:** Identify opportunities for process enhancements and provide feedback to management to improve the overall client support experience.

– **Training and Development:** Participate in ongoing training sessions to improve product knowledge and customer service skills and share best practices with team members.

### Requirements
• *Education & Experience:**
– Proven experience as a client support representative or in similar customer-focused roles, preferably within the food industry.
– Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or support capacity.
• *Personality Traits:**
– **Adaptable:** Ability to adjust to new challenges and changes in a dynamic work environment.
– **Reliable:** Dependable with a strong work ethic and commitment to meeting client needs and expectations.
• *Soft Skills:**
– **Planning:** Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively to manage client requests and deadlines.
– **Leadership:** Demonstrated ability to take initiative, provide guidance to junior team members, and advocate for clients’ interests within the organization.
• *Technical Skills:**
– Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools for communication and documentation.
– Comfortable navigating various digital communication channels (email, chat, video calls).
