Job Description:
Nationwide is seeking a dedicated and reliable Client Service Manager to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. This part-time position is ideal for an individual with 7 years of experience in client service management at a mid-to-senior level. The Client Service Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and managing a team of client service representatives.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement client service strategies to meet client needs and objectives.
2. Communicate with clients to understand their requirements and provide solutions.
3. Monitor client satisfaction and address any issues or concerns in a timely manner.
4. Manage a team of client service representatives, providing support and guidance as needed.
5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and execution of client deliverables.
6. Analyze client data and provide reports on performance, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client service management.
Requirements:
1. 7 years of experience in client service management at a mid-to-senior level.
2. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
3. Strong leadership and team management skills.
4. Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
5. Proven track record of delivering results and meeting client expectations.
