Our Client Service Managers are integral to the success of our business, representing our award winning financial services company on a daily basis. Within the role you will be assisting our clients on a wide variety of queries, providing guidance and support and importantly building rapport to encourage and foster on-going relationships.

Due to our continued success and growth we are currently looking for 7 Client Service Managers to join our City of London based teams starting on 4th December 2017. When you join Transact we support your development and learning from day one, offering a comprehensive training programme. As well as ensuring you are fully supported in the role we also sponsor you to complete relevant financial professional qualifications such as IOC and CII.

Within the role your main responsibility is to manage all queries coming in from our clients (financial advisers) either by phone, email or letter and processing their portfolio requests to agreed service levels.

Portfolio Administration

• Responding to all adviser enquiries relating to their clients’ portfolios such as account valuations.

• Processing ISA, Unit Trust, Equity, Pension and Bond business.

• Administering portfolios and actioning buys and sells.

• Ensuring that all transactions are executed and recorded on time and to our company SLAs.

• Responding to all general queries from clients, advisers and colleagues in a timely manner.

Relationship Management

• Developing and managing relationships with the financial adviser firms based in the region of the UK assigned to your team.

• Providing support to financial advisers and their staff in order to develop their understanding of the Transact platform.

The Client Service Manager role offers variety and breadth so you will have the opportunity to constantly develop and evolve in this position. This could be by developing your understanding of a variety of investment products, furthering your relationship management skills or becoming a technical expert. We also offer secondments in to other areas of the business widening your understanding of how the whole company works. We continuously encourage you to contribute to our success with suggestions of improvement in processes and services, creating more efficient ways of working and therefore having a genuine impact on the department.

This role is ideal for candidates who like to take pride in their work and have a clear passion for providing quality customer service. To demonstrate this you will have strong communication skills with previous experience within a corporate customer service role. You will also be able to demonstrate a high level of accuracy, being of a meticulous nature and able to “get it right first time”.

You will have experience working within the financial services industry, ideally having worked with financial advisers or within the investment field. If you already have experience of investment products such as SIPPs, Personal Pension, Executive Pensions, Unit Trusts, OEICS or Equities this will be beneficial however you will be fully trained on these during our comprehensive induction process.
