Roles & Responsibilities
1) Qualifying Leads: Assess the potential of generated leads by gathering information about their needs, budget, decision-making authority, and timeline.
2) Sales Presentations and Demonstrations: Engage with prospective customers to present products or services, conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and provide relevant information.
3) Relationship Building: Focus on building relationships with potential customers by establishing rapport, addressing concerns, and maintaining regular communication.
4) Sales Negotiation and Closing: Engage in negotiations to reach a mutually beneficial agreement, discuss pricing, terms, and conditions, and work towards closing the sale.
5) Customer Relationship Management: Manage customer relationships by ensuring excellent customer service, addressing post-sales inquiries or issues, and maintaining ongoing communication.
6) Sales Reporting and Follow-up: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, provide regular reports to sales managers, and update them on sales pipeline and progress.
7) Market and Competitor Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to adapt sales strategies and differentiate offerings.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer relationship or client coordination role.
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
