Job Title: Patient Care Assistant

Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate Patient Care Assistant to join our team. Under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, this individual will provide patient supervision, maintain a safe environment, and complete observation flow sheets.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the nursing care team by providing patient supervision, communicating changes in patient condition, and documenting observations accurately.
Interact with patients, visitors, and staff to support patient needs related to age, culture, spiritual, physical, and mental challenges.
Maintain a safe environment for patients by requesting assistance for personal care needs and reporting defective equipment and unsafe conditions.
Accompany patients to other departments and maintain a clutter-free patient environment.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent required.
0-1 years of relevant experience preferred.
Salary: $35,000 – $45,000 per year (based on location and experience).
