Our client, a leading real estate developer with a strong presence in Europe, is now expanding into the UAE market and is seeking an experienced Chief Accountant to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a growing company and play a key role in their expansion into the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular meetings with Sales, CRM & Collection team to ensure about the progress of each department
• Prepare Sales, MIS reports & Collection reports
• Sales & Cost Analysis
• G/L Accounts & Bank reconciliation
• TAS account & Escrow Account Management
• VAT Filing
• Accounts payable & accounts receivable reconciliation.
• Cash Flow, Budget preparation (Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly)
• Payroll coordination and supervision
• Close Month end & Year End
• Conduct RERA and Statutory Audit
• Prepare final Accounts

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience working for a real estate developer in the UAE
• Strong knowledge of UAE VAT laws and regulations
• Experience in managing cash flow and budgets for real estate projects
• Knowledge of RERA regulations and experience with RERA audits
• Proficient in financial reporting and analysis
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Fluency in Russian language is preferred
