Job Description:

Franklin Resources is seeking a Chat Support Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home in Dubai, UAE. This entry-level position offers the opportunity to work remotely and contribute to our customer support team. We are looking for a resourceful and hardworking individual with strong adaptability and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities:

– Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries through chat support
– Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
– Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for further assistance
– Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and problem-solving skills
– Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the customer experience

Requirements:

– Strong written communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
– Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-focused attitude
– Proficiency in using chat support software and other communication tools
– Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
– No prior experience required, full training will be provided
