As an Associate Level team member, the Chat Support Officer will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients through chat communication channels.

Responsibilities:

– Respond to client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner through chat support platforms
– Provide information and guidance on financial products and services offered by Ameriprise Financial
– Assist clients with account management, transactions, and troubleshooting technical issues
– Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
– Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and transactions
– Proactively identify opportunities for improvement in customer service processes and procedures

Requirements:

– Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or support role
– Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively convey information through written chat communication
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
– Proficiency in using chat support platforms and basic knowledge of financial products
– Innovative mindset with a keen attention to detail
– Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
