Global Enterprise Partners is currently looking for a Change Manager & Communications Lead for an initial contract of 12 months with our client. The project will be Onsite in Dubai.

Change Manager & Communications Lead requirements:

• Strong experience in change management and communications, with a focus on digital and technology initiatives in the CPG industry.
• Experience in the Middle East market is highly desirable.
• Proven expertise in managing change and communication for digital and technology projects.
• Strong understanding of digital transformation and technology trends in the CPG sector.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience with general content creation and change management
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to lead in-house and partner teams to deliver change management and communication activities
• Familiarity with communications and change management tools and methodologies.
