Agilus is recruiting for a Change Management Lead in the Logistics Industry in a hybrid work environment in Toront, Ontario.

We are seeking a dynamic Change Management Lead in the GTA. In this role, you will drive the adoption of new processes and technologies, minimizing disruption and enhancing employee experiences during transitions. You’ll work closely with stakeholders, develop strategic change plans, and ensure successful outcomes by monitoring and adjusting initiatives as needed. Ideal candidates will have 5-10 years of change management experience, strong communication skills, and a proven ability to lead through uncertainty. Responsibilities

• Change Strategy & Implementation: Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies that align with project and organizational goals. Define the scope and objectives to minimize disruption and ensure smooth transitions.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with stakeholders at all levels, gathering feedback, addressing concerns, and communicating change objectives. Build strong relationships to drive positive outcomes.
• Change Communication & Impact Assessment: Create communication plans to ensure employees are well-informed. Assess the impact of changes on individuals and teams, and implement strategies to mitigate any negative effects.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed documentation of change processes and outcomes. Provide leadership with regular updates on progress and effectiveness.
• Performance & Evaluation: Establish metrics to monitor change initiative success. Continuously assess performance, identify areas for improvement, and adjust strategies to ensure goals are met.

You Are

• A proven leader in change management with a track record of influencing positive outcomes.
• Skilled in stakeholder engagement, clear communication, and active listening.
• Adept at navigating ambiguity and aligning change initiatives with organizational goals.

An Ideal Candidate Has

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Change Management, Communications, or a related field.
• 5-10 years of relevant experience in change or project management, preferably in the IT sector.
• Experience in leadership or management roles is a plus.
• Professional certifications such as Prosci or CCMP are preferred.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to work through uncertainty.
• Cultural sensitivity and a global perspective.
• Organizational understanding & strategic alignment
