Job Overview:
As a Change and Training Lead, you will collaborate with cross-functional business and project stakeholders to ensure successful project changes. Your primary focus will be translating business requirements into impacts on people, processes, and technology, developing change summaries, and executing a comprehensive training rollout strategy.
This role requires leading medium-scale change initiatives, creating training materials, and assessing the effectiveness of both change and training efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand project objectives and change impacts.
• Translate business requirements into people, process, and technology impacts.
• Develop and implement change management strategies.
• Plan and execute training rollout strategies with materials like knowledge articles, demo recordings, and decks.
• Assess the effectiveness of training and readiness efforts.
• Regularly report on status to leadership, manage risks, and ensure successful adoption of changes.
Must-Have Skills:
• Strong understanding of Agile principles and methodologies.
• Excellent executive communication, collaboration, and influencing skills.
• Ability to work seamlessly with various audiences and multi-task across workstreams.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Change Management certification (e.g., Prosci) or equivalent experience.
