Role: Change Analyst

Location: Winchester – on site 4 days each week

Duration: 12 Months

Day rate: £36,000 + bonus

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning, implementation, and monitoring of change management processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and understanding of change initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to change requests.
• Proactively identify and address potential issues in change processes.
