The role

As a Museum and Gallery Worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the visitor experience at various museums/galleries. Your primary responsibilities will include:
• Greet visitors and provide information about exhibitions, galleries, and facilities.
• Assist visitors with queries and direct them to relevant museum resources.
• Monitor visitor flow and ensure adherence to museum policies.
• Assist with crowd control during peak times.
• Provide support to other departments as needed.
