Candidate Delivery Consultant – Excellent opportunity for a white-collar permanent resourcer/recruiter with a background in placing personnel into the Built Environment or Engineering sectors to join an international supplier of executive and contingency search services to the global Mining industry.

This vacancy is for a permanent, full-time role based in the UK. Applicants must have independent legal authorisation to live and work in the UK.

Role:

To assist in research and sourcing candidates for vacancies, sourcing leads/vacancies and create a better candidate experience.

Candidate Delivery Consultant Duties/tasks:

• Research and Identify candidates for vacancies for executive search assignments.
• Continuously updating candidate’s details on the database.
• Create candidate engagement themes/programmes – mailers/promotions.
• Interviewing candidates and understand their skills/experience and motives for considering new opportunities.
• Identify leads through candidate interviews and other media for us to sell our search services into.
• Adding contacts to the database and assigning them to folders.
• Assess in-coming job applications to a separate email account.

Type of person:

• Previously experience in white collar permanent recruitment.
• Needs to be confident on the phone and in communication with a sales orientation (preferable).
• Competent in researching/searching and using databases.
• Using their initiative and generate/present new ideas.
• Needs to be engaging and a team player as we have a tightknit group here.

Personality:

• Outgoing and personable in nature with a desire and drive to succeed.
• Shows that they want to learn and develop.
• Someone who isnt afraid to get on the phone.
• Be able to interact and have conversations with older people.
• Inquisitive.

Salary/Package £30K salary + bonus scheme, Standard Pension, Work remotely from home, 20 days annual leave.
