Title: Canada-Validation Engineer

Pay range: $62.00 – $72.00

Work Schedule: 1st shift 8am-4pm Mon-Fri EST

Location: Toronto, ON – Onsite

Contract Length: 4 month

Join Sanofi’s contingent workforce program, FLEXT Direct, as a Validation Specialist for a 4-month contract. We are seeking an experienced Commissioning and Qualification (C&Q) Engineer with expertise in executing C&Q protocols for various process systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Process Control Systems (PCS) like DeltaV and proficiency with Kneat software for document management.

Responsibilities

• Execute C&Q protocols for process systems including tanks, TFF systems, parts washers, centrifuges, and clean utilities.
• Support CQ PM in planning and coordination between engineering, operations, quality, and other departments during CQ execution.

Skills

• Proficiency in executing C&Q protocols for process systems.
• Hands-on experience with Process Control Systems (PCS) such as DeltaV.
• Proficiency with Kneat software for document management.
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written.

Qualifications

• BSc/BEng in a related field.
• 6-9 years of experience in the CQV field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical industry or related manufacturing environment.
• Areas of experience: plant utilities, clean utilities, HVAC, filling lines, CTUs, component prep equipment, formulation.
