Job Description:

Kroger is seeking a dedicated and resilient Call Center Specialist to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. As a part-time Associate Level role, the Call Center Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through phone interactions with our clients. With a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role, the ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a strong ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Answer incoming calls from customers and assist with inquiries, concerns, and product information.
2. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and efficient manner.
3. Provide accurate and detailed information to customers regarding products, services, and promotions.
4. Maintain customer records and update information in the database.
5. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
6. Conduct research to address complex customer inquiries and escalate issues as needed.

Requirements:

1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a call center or customer service role.
2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
3. Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high call volumes.
5. Team player with a strong sense of empathy and dedication to customer satisfaction.
6. Proficiency in computer software applications and data entry.
