– Prepare reports and summarize customer feedback to identify trends and potential areas for improvement.

4. **Collaborative Teamwork:**

– Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure all customer issues are resolved swiftly and effectively.
– Share knowledge and contribute ideas for enhancing team performance and customer satisfaction.

5. **Continuous Improvement:**

– Engage in training sessions and team meetings to update skills and knowledge relevant to the role.
– Provide feedback on processes and tools to optimize customer service delivery.


• *Requirements:**

– **Education and Experience:**

– Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service, call center, or retail environment.
– High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education is an asset.

– **Technical Skills:**

– Proficient in using computer systems and customer relationship management software.
– Strong typing skills and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.

– Independent: Ability to work autonomously and take initiative when needed.

– **Soft Skills:**
