About the role

The Bartender provides hotel guests and servers with quick and efficient beverage service with a complete working knowledge of all products served by the bar.

What you will do:

Provide an enjoyable dining experience through excellence for quality, professionalism, and friendliness.

Anticipate guest needs and satisfaction; offer suggestions and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.

Describe the selection of food & beverage menu items to guests by offering interesting, and vivid descriptions of each item, origin, taste, and preparation methods; and possess excellent working knowledge of all products according to service standards

What you bring:

• A minimum of 2+ years of experience in the similar role in a luxury brand
• Proficient in English (speaking, reading and writing)
• An outgoing personality and a can-do approach to an assigned task
• High level of understanding and knowledge of food and wine
