Roles & Responsibilities
• Engage in market research in order to identify new opportunities for sales and business development .
• Develops business proposals for existing and new customers.
• Set up and manage alliances with various Hospitals, Medical Centers, Embassies, Corporate etc.
• Develop innovative strategies for retaining patients/alliances.
• Perform analytical preparation for opportunities for potential growth for the management.
• Acquire knowledge of the outside market and competition in the healthcare industry.
• Ability to generate analysis and insight based on facility and market data.
• Generate new contacts and sales leads for the hospital.
• Performs other duties as required by the supervisor.
• Leads collaborative partnerships with physicians, community based facilities and employers that result in effective referral patterns and care coordination.
• Follow up on new and potential business opportunities.
• Organize training and workshop programs.
• Implement marketing, advertising and promotion planning through attending events and exhibitions in the healthcare market locally and internationally.
• To help expand business locally and internationally and promote the Clinic.
• Demonstrates self-direction, creativity and sound judgment applicable to the position description responsibilities.
• Maintains open communication with colleagues throughout the Clinic.
Desired Candidate Profile
• Minimum of 6+ years’ experience in a customer service related industry.
• Experience in mentoring / coaching in a multi-cultural /multi-national environment.
• Experience working in the private sector, preferably within a hospital.
• Experience in Healthcare sales preferred.
Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Business Development, Education or related discipline from a recognized educational institute.
