Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage and lead a team of branch staff, providing guidance and support to achieve targets.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Monitor customer satisfaction levels and address any issues or concerns in a timely manner.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations of branch staff and provide feedback for improvement.
- Collaborate with other branches and departments to share best practices and optimize operations.
- Identify training needs and provide appropriate coaching and development opportunities for staff.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment that promotes teamwork and employee engagement.
- Preferred from driving institute background.
- Assist the Business Development Manager for planning, implementation, business development strategies, business plan & program.

Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English.
