Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, including espresso, cappuccino, latte and speciality beverages
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the coffee station and equipment, ensuring that you adhere to health and safety standards
Provide friendly and efficient customer service, taking orders and offering recommendations as needed
Continuously uphold our quality standards, ensuring beverages meet the customers expectations
Collaborate with team members to create new and seasonal coffee offerings and promotions

What you’ll bring:

Previous experience working as a Barista in a shop or a similar environment
Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and espresso machine operations
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards
