Bar Staff

The Brass Pig is a Bristol-based, family-owned bar group that has been serving the community for over 50 years. We are looking for a reliable Bar Staff to provide an excellent guest experience. Good Bar Staff will be able to create memorable experiences for customers while maintaining a clean and orderly bar.

Responsibilities

• Prepare alcohol and non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
• Interact with customers and take orders while bar training is ongoing
• Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails (full training provided)
• Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
• Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations

Skills

• Resume and proven working experience as a bartender
• Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
• Computer literacy
• Knowledge of a second language is a plus but not required
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
• Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £8.00-£12.00 per hour
