Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee, coordinate, monitor and maintain the day-to-day compliance due diligence activities for EMEA operations of the third-party anti-bribery/anti-corruption program, including conducting third-party anti-bribery and anti-corruption due diligence reviews, identifying potential red flags, and escalating for heightened review as appropriate.
• Careful analysis and validation of system-generated due diligence reports, including ownership and legal status of third parties
• Providing final reports containing relevant findings and recommendations to business units; and
• Supporting across ongoing, planned and new projects within the Due Diligence tea

Job Requirements:

• Good working knowledge of performing due diligence, basic knowledge of Anti-money Laundering, ‘Know-Your-Suppler’ and ‘Know-Your-Customer’ regulatory requirements
• Excellent analytical capability, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple work-streams
• Proficiency and experience using Compliance/Due Diligence platforms when undertaking checks of third parties, acquiring such data as company information, corporate structures, sanctions and regulatory findings and adverse media
• Ensure proper compliance protocols/procedures are adhered to and applied correctly
