ABOUT JOB

As an administrative assistant, you will handle incoming phone calls, manage the office calendar, input data, and set up work stations for new hires. The administrative assistant reports to the administrative manager.

What You’ll Do:

• Coordinate office events, schedule meetings
• Receive, sort, and distribute daily office mail.
• Maintain electronic and paper files, records, and reports.
• Place orders for supplies and keep both the office and kitchen organized.
• Assist with miscellaneous projects and tasks as requested by office colleagues.

What You’ll Need:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum two years of administrative support experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook software.
