The Administrative Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting the smooth operation of an office or organization. They handle a variety of administrative tasks, such as managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, and maintaining records. The Administrative Assistant also assists in coordinating projects and events.

Responsibilities

• Manage and prioritize incoming and outgoing correspondence.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and reports.
• Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital.
• Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff.
• Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate person or department.
• Order and maintain office supplies and equipment.
• Assist in coordinating internal and external events.
• Assist in preparing and editing documents, presentations, and spreadsheets.
• Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure smooth office operations.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualification as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary is a plus.
• Proven experience in administrative support roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
