Kinetic has partnered with a leading Medical Device company who are hiring an Admin and Operations Assistant to be based in Dubai .

The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:

– Oversee day-to-day administrative functions to ensure smooth operations.
– Performing a variety of HR, personnel, IT, and office administrative tasks.
– Providing support for employee administration, visa, and general inquiries.
– Monitor and manage monthly office expenses to ensure adherence to the allocated budget.
– Liaise with the Marketing and Sales teams to plan and execute company events.
– Assist in coordinating marketing-related events and managing marketing materials.
– Responsible for daily operations of the company’s training center ensuring fully equipped and functional for training sessions.
– Performs other duties as assigned.

– Bachelor’s Degree.

– Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, admin, and operations.
– Experience in the payroll process, offboarding, and terminations.
– Experience with financial management and budgeting.
– Experience in contract negotiations, vendor management, and events planning.
– Strong understanding of UAE labor laws, immigration regulations, and other relevant government policies.
