Job description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant/Admin to join our team in UAE-Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing financial reports, and providing administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
Responsibilities:
– Maintain daily financial transactions and produce P&L Preparing balance Sheet and other monthly reports.
– Employees Payroll creation as per WPS , VAT Filing
– Reconciliation of Bank accounts and credit card statement on daily basis.
– Knowledge of accounting packages
– Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
– Routine office Admin job
– Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
– Proven work experience as an Accountant or similar role
– Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards
– Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, especially Excel
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
– Excellent organizational and time management abilities
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
– Good communication and interpersonal skills
– Familiarity with UAE accounting and tax regulations is a plus
– Work under pressure
