Accountant/Senior Accountant
– For a Real Estate Developer
– To handle the accounting functions of new real estate development projects and of
properties under management

– Experience in the Real Estate Industry will be essential

– Role : Ensure the integrity of accounting information by recording, reconciling and
verifying transactions, manage and monitor accounts receivable & payable, bank
accounts reconciliation, month-end reporting, VAT Returns, assist in budgeting &
forecasting, year end statutory audit
– Fully qualified Accountants with either CA, ACCA or similar Accountancy Qualification
and an University Degree. Knowledge of IFRS, UAE VAT legislation, working knowledge
in an ERP environment, Ms Excel.
