Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, the objective of this role is to develop and maintain successful relationships with a variety of independent dealer groups to grow the business portfolio. You will use your creativity and thorough knowledge of the sales process to devise and implement innovative ideas for business growth.

You will be able to demonstrate a strong track record of sales achievement and ideally have experience in the automotive sector. You will possess excellent interpersonal skills and be able to build relationships with a variety of people.

Main job missions:

• Grow the sales portfolio to achieve set targets
• Deliver on all contractual KPI’s
• Develop and maintain successful relationships
• Be a proactive team member

Qualifications required for this job:

• Proven track record of sales achievement
• Highly competent in the use of all modern IT systems and CRM tools
• Ability to understand and analyse sales performance metrics
• Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills
• Strong communication and people management skills
• Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude
• Experience in the automotive sector (desirable)
