Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Account Manager with a minimum of one year of experience in recruitment, hiring, or HR management. The ideal candidate will have a passion for building relationships, a knack for understanding client needs, and the ability to deliver tailor-made recruitment solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and nurture client relationships to understand their recruitment and HR needs.
• Collaborate with recruitment consultants and recruitment websites to deliver customized hiring solutions.
• Ensure clients’ expectations are met by coordinating efficiently between departments.
• Track and report on account performance, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to provide strategic advice.
• Act as a liaison between clients and Oqool’s internal team to provide seamless service.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year experience in recruitment, hiring, or HR management.
• Familiarity with digital HR tools and platforms and having basic IT Skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
