Intuit Mailchimp is a leading marketing platform for small and medium sized businesses. We empower millions of customers around the world to build their brands and grow their companies with a suite of marketing automation, multichannel campaigns, CRM, and analytics tools. Mailchimp is looking for an Account Executive (SMB & Mid-Market) to seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with current and potential customers in our EMEA markets.
To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience developing leads. You will use your experience and communication skills to cultivate relationships with customers, from first contact through the close of the sale. If you are motivated and results-driven, and enjoy working in a team environment, we would like to meet you. Ultimately, you will boost sales and contribute to our long-term business growth.
Responsibilities
• Own the full sales cycle for new business customers from targeted outreach, through to inbound qualification and discovery, value selling and closing
• Dissect and qualify prospects’ business goals to determine if Mailchimp can be a strategic investment for their business’ growth
• Strong CRM hygiene and process discipline.
• Influence decisions to achieve win-win outcomes
• Articulate Mailchimp’s value proposition and translate features into value and benefits for the customer
• Offer competitive insights and the positioning of Mailchimp within the ecosystem
• Maintain up to date knowledge on the market and competitive landscape
• Meet /exceed defined revenue, productivity and quality metrics
