About the role:
To support our rapidly growing International client portfolio we have an exciting opportunity for a passionate and extremely driven Key Account Manager to join our team. If you thrive on providing A* service, have an abundance of energy and charisma and a passion and curiosity for eCommerce this role has your name on it.
The role will report into the Head of International Client as part of the International Commercial team and will focus on the management and retention of eCommerce retail partnerships in the UK local market.
This role will work closely with the UK Commercial team & International Commercial team to execute the Group strategy for highlighted accounts, supporting in growing these partnerships and cementing InPost as a strategic partner.

What you’ll be doing:
• Participate in the creation of strategies that drive product adoption & value realisation, delighting our customers throughout the duration of the customer lifecycle
• Working alongside the International Commercial team to own and execute the local market commercial agreement for key International clients, monitoring and tracking key risks and opportunities and ensuring adherence to the local agreement and terms
• Regularly and proactively engaging partners to maintain solid relationships locally which unlock further opportunities for growth in-market
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of the business challenges faced by your customers and identify how InPost can partner to address these
• Use data and insights to track client performance and identify opportunities for growth and development
• Support in commercial and contract negotiations with International Account Owner to deliver sustained and profitable growth to the market
• Handling escalations, answering queries and solving problems
• Delivering service quality reports and analysis back to our clients at regular intervals to provide insight into service utilisation and performance
• Cross-functional and strategic project support where relevant to local market
• Co-ordination amongst multiple local teams to ensure your client is leveraging the most and the best InPost Goup has to offer; including engagement and partnership with Merchant Acquisitions, Strategy, Operations, Marketing, product, Technology and Merchant Onboarding team
• Sharing knowledge and learnings with wider International Commercial team to help inform and support the development of the commercial strategy and key objectives in local market

Experience within retail in-house logistics
Ecommerce background
Proven track record of managing Enterprise retail accounts in UK market
