Job Summary:

We have exciting opportunities for Project Engineers and Production Engineers to join our team in Dubai, UAE. As a Project Engineer, you will be responsible for managing automotive projects from inception to completion, overseeing the design, development, and implementation processes. As a Production Engineer, you will focus on optimizing manufacturing operations and ensuring efficient production processes. Both roles require technical expertise, project management skills, and a strong understanding of automotive manufacturing principles. Successful candidates will contribute to the advancement of our automotive products and play a vital role in achieving project goals and production targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Engineer:

  • Manage automotive projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
    Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and manufacturing, to ensure project success.
  • Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and cost analysis for new projects.
  • Develop and implement project plans, monitor progress, and address any issues or delays.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to source components and materials.
  • Conduct testing and evaluation of prototypes to ensure functionality and performance.
  • Prepare project reports and documentation for management and stakeholders.

Production Engineer:

  • Optimize manufacturing processes and production workflows to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to drive cost reduction and quality enhancement.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure smooth integration of new products into production.
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for production activities.
  • Conduct time and motion studies to streamline operations and eliminate bottlenecks.
  • Monitor production metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Support training and development initiatives for production staff.

Desired Candidate Profile

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Experience: Relevant experience in project management and/or production engineering in the automobile or automotive industry. Skills: Strong technical knowledge, project management skills, problem-solving abilities, and familiarity with manufacturing processes. Language Requirements: Proficiency in English is preferred for effective communication within the team.
