Purpose:
As a Relocation Consultant at BossRelo, you will play a pivotal role in creating personalized relocation experiences for our clients. From housing considerations to school choices, your expertise will ensure a seamless transition, providing unparalleled customer service and turning every move into a positive adventure.
Responsibilities:
- Offer personalized guidance on neighborhoods, housing, and schools based on client preferences and budget.
- Coordinate with internal teams and real estate agents for a smooth relocation process.
- Organize orientation tours, introducing clients to their new location and amenities.
- Negotiate with landlords for optimal housing arrangements. Includes thorough home search, strategic negotiations for leases. Setting-up utilities, providing support for lease registration, and ensuring smooth property handovers.
- Prepare itineraries and reports outlining relocation plans and milestones.
- Address client inquiries, providing cost estimates and handling potential challenges.
- Facilitate the opening of personal bank accounts, obtain driver’s licenses, and assist with registration at authorized driving schools.
- Stay updated on real estate trends and school-related information.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and relocation policies.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
- Robust consulting skills for identifying client needs and offering expert advice.
- Expertise in property consulting and real estate research.
- Knowledge of local real estate and educational institutions (asset).
- Capability to work independently and remotely.
- Sophisticated manner with the ability to relate to people at all levels.
- Preference for candidates with relocation experience.
- Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Possession of a valid local Driver s license.
