Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Process payroll for all employees within the group on a timely and accurate basis.
- Maintain and update payroll records, ensuring all data is accurate and up-to-date.
- Handle payroll-related queries from employees, providing timely and accurate responses.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
- Timely Full and Final settlement and exit process
- Coordinate with HR and Finance departments to ensure seamless payroll operations.
- Prepare and distribute payroll reports as required.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in payroll processing, preferably within a group company or a large organization.
- Strong knowledge of payroll systems and relevant laws and regulations.
- Good to have knowledge of People Strong and Comp Modules
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
