Quest Search and Selection are partnering with this lifestyle luxury goods retailer which has an established footprint in the UAE, Oman, Qatar and Bahrain with a diverse portfolio featuring over 100 + international prestigious brands.

Role Overview:

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Area Operations Manager to lead and drive the success of multiple luxury retail stores across the UAE and Oman for a renowned luxury brand in Fashion & Accessories. This role requires a leader with exceptional operational expertise, a solid understanding of luxury retail (preferred), and the ability to inspire and guide teams across various locations.

Key responsibilities of this Area Operations Manager role:

• Oversee daily operations for 9 stores in UAE and 2 stores in Oman, ensuring all locations uphold the brand’s luxury retail standards.
• Lead and mentor store managers, provide ongoing training, and oversee recruitment and succession planning to build a high-performance team.
• Provide continuous training and development to ensure teams are proficient in product knowledge, luxury customer service, and sales techniques.
• Ensure compliance with the brand standards, visual merchandising guidelines, and operational procedures.
• Set and achieve sales targets and KPIs, drive regional profitability and collaborate with store managers to boost performance and foster growth.
• Ensure a premium customer experience, manage VIP relationships, and resolve escalated issues with professionalism
• Oversee inventory and stock levels, work with merchandising to ensure product mix and displays meet brand standards.
• Prepare reports on sales and operations, manage budgets, and use financial data to drive growth and address concerns.

Experience and skills required for this Area Operations Manager role:

• Minimum of 5 years in a multi-site retail management role, with a strong background in luxury fashion and accessories.
• Passionate about luxury retail and maintaining high standards
• Strong leadership and people management abilities
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage
• Willingness to travel frequently between the UAE and Oman
