Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet targets
• Monitor sales performance and prepare reports
• Ensure high customer satisfaction levels
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 3 years as Sales Manager in retail environment
• Proven track record in team management
• Experience with Chinese automotive brands (e.g., Geely, HAVAL, Jetour) (EXTREMELY NECESSARY)
• Expertise in indoor showroom sales
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in CRM systems

Preferred Qualifications:

• Arabic language skills
• Experience in the GCC automotive market
