Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

1. Team Leadership and Management:

– Build, manage, and develop a high-performing team of Account Relationship Managers (ARMs).

– Provide ongoing training and coaching to ensure the team excels as the best business setup advisors in the market

2. Business Development:

– Implement strategic business development activities to generate new leads and expand the client base.

– Work closely with international clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions for business expansion in the UAE.

3. Revenue Achievement

– Deliver assigned revenue targets consistently.

– Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to ensure goals are met or exceeded.

4. Quality Monitoring and Coaching:

– Conduct regular quality checks on tele sales calls, ensuring they meet company standards.

– Provide constructive feedback and coaching to enhance the team’s performance

A5. Collaboration with Marketing:

– Liaise with the marketing team to analyze the quality of leads generated from digital marketing efforts.

– Provide insights to optimize lead generation and conversion strategies.

Desired Candidate Profile

We are seeking an Arab Expat Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business development activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving revenue targets, managing a dynamic team, and ensuring the highest standards in customer service and sales practices.

Requirements:

– Language Skills:

– Excellent written and oral command in English & Arabic

– Experience:

– Proven experience in a sales team management role within corporate service providers or free-zone entities.

– Educational Background:

– A graduate degree is essential; a master’s degree will be an added advantage.
