About the role

As a GCSE/A-Level tutor, you will be assisting international students aged 14-19 in preparing the GCSE/A-Level in the UK academically online, specifically for Physics. You will have the opportunity to work with students from Hong Kong, Macau and China. You will have strong written and verbal communicational skills, the ability to explain concepts, and the ability to adapt to different learning styles. Awareness of cultural differences is a must. We are looking for caring and reliable tutors.

The successful applicant will be expected to:

• Prepare tuition efficiently in the relevant subject (Physics)
• Engage and inspire students using a wide variety of teaching resources and techniques
• Set and mark homework for students
• Provide feedback to students in a positive manner
• Be good at communicating with people, both to parents and students
• Have experience in GCSE & A-level exams
• Have experiences in dealing with unmotivated students
• Deliver online lessons

We are looking for individual who is:

• Eligible to work in the UK;
• Passionate in the field of education;
• Familiar with GCSE & A-level exams
• Preferably experience in teaching international students
• Preferably teaching in the UK schools

Required Qualifications:

• A degree in Physics or relevant subjects
• Fluent English speaker or IELTS no less than 7 overall (or equivalent)
