About the Job:

An opportunity has arisen for a Finance Associate – Treasury to join Dubai Holding Group Services. The main duties and responsibilities of this role:
• Daily monitoring of cash balances and transfer the funds to the disbursement accounts
• Processing and managing Interbank transactions in bank portals
• In charge of cash flow forecasting and related borrowing needs and identify funds available for investment
• Processing fixed deposits
• Allocating funds to the projects as per the internal and external restrictions available
• Monitoring forex transactions
• Coordinating with AR and AP Deapartments to ensure that customer payments are received on time and vendor payments are released on time
• Assisting management for all the required information related to liquidity management
• Coordinating with account trustee for the payment release, account activation and compliance with RERA guidelines
• Managing loan schedules
• Sharing all the requested information related to Treasury under Statutory Audits, Internal Audit, Government Audit and VAT Audit

About you:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
• Bachelors’ degree in Business Administration / Finance / Banking / Treasury / Accounting or any related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Finance / Accounting, preferably within the real estate sector
• Sound knowledge of accounting standards
• Proficiency in Ms. Office suite and Oracle financial software
• Attention to detail, good organizational and record-keeping skills
