Responsibilities

• User Acquisition:
• Develop and execute user acquisition strategies.
• Manage online/offline channels for campaigns.
• Monitor and optimize campaign performance.
• Community Engagement:
• Lead community actions to build and nurture user base.
• Organize local events to promote LemFi.
• Manage relationships with community partners.
• Partnership Development:
• Identify and establish partnerships for user growth.
• Negotiate and manage partnerships for mutual benefits.
• Market Research and Insights:
• Conduct market research on user needs and behaviors.
• Provide insights to refine LemFi’s offerings.
• Brand Advocacy:
• Act as a brand ambassador for LemFi.
• Promote LemFi’s mission and services.

Requirements

• 3+ years of fast-paced work experience.
• Sales, growth, or marketing experience preferred.
• Good analytical and communication skills.
• Strong understanding of Latin American communities.
• Fluent in English and Portuguese.
