Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Online Business & Aggregator Specialist to manage and grow our online sales channels with a target of achieving monthly sales of AED 1M. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with online platforms, aggregators, and dark kitchens in the Dubai market, ensuring smooth operations and growth of the online business. The role requires flexibility in work timings and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Online Business Management: Oversee the overall performance of the company’s online sales channels, ensuring an effective strategy to drive revenue growth and achieve monthly sales targets of AED 1M.
• Aggregator Management: Manage relationships with online aggregators (e.g., Talabat, Zomato, Deliveroo) to optimize product listings, pricing, promotions, and logistics.
• Sales Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for increased revenue.
• Dark Kitchen Operations: Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless functioning of dark kitchens, focusing on efficiency, cost management, and order accuracy.
• Inventory & Supply Chain Coordination: Work closely with the supply chain and inventory teams to ensure the availability of products across all online platforms.
• Promotions & Marketing: Plan and execute marketing campaigns on digital platforms and through aggregators to boost online sales, including special promotions, offers, and seasonal initiatives.
• Customer Service: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by coordinating with customer service teams to address feedback and resolve issues promptly.
• Reporting: Prepare and present performance reports, insights, and recommendations to senior management.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the Dubai market, with a proven track record in online sales, aggregator platforms, and dark kitchen management.
• Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the aggregator business model and dark kitchen operations.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• Flexible Timing: Willingness to work flexible hours based on business needs.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in using online sales platforms, CRM tools, and other digital marketing tools.
• Communication: Excellent communication and negotiation skills for working with aggregators and internal teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with high-growth online food delivery platforms or e-commerce businesses.
• Knowledge of the UAE regulatory landscape in the food and beverage industry.
• Familiarity with performance marketing, including Google Ads, social media, and other online advertising platforms.
