We are seeking an experienced Cloud Product Manager to join a leading Cloud IT Solutions Integrator to lead and manage their cloud-based product portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud product management, with hands-on experience working for an IT systems integrator or managed service provider (MSP). You will be responsible for driving the strategy, development, and success of their cloud solutions while working closely with customers, sales teams, and technical teams to deliver industry-leading services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for cloud-based solutions, ensuring alignment with customer needs and market trends.
• Work closely with customers to understand their requirements, challenges, and feedback. Translate these insights into actionable product features and enhancements.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to position cloud products effectively, develop go-to-market strategies, and support product launches.
• Manage relationships with key cloud service providers, technology vendors, and partners to ensure product competitiveness and innovation.
• Lead cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and support, to ensure successful delivery and operation of cloud services.
• Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from concept and development to launch and post-launch operations, ensuring customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitive products, and emerging technologies in the cloud space. Identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
• Develop business cases, forecast product revenue, and manage the product’s P&L to achieve business targets.

Key Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on cloud-based solutions.
• Prior experience working for an IT systems integrator or managed service provider (MSP) is essential
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, OCI, VMWare) and associated services (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, virtualisation, security, and cloud architecture.
• Familiarity with cloud automation, orchestration tools, and DevOps methodologies.
• Proven experience in working directly with customers to gather requirements, deliver solutions, and resolve issues.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to work cross-functionally, managing teams and stakeholders across multiple departments.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. An MBA or other relevant advanced degree is a plus.
• Product Management certification (e.g., Pragmatic Institute, AIPMM) is a plus.
